A-arm bushing size

I did a search and didn't find anything. Does anybody happen to know the size and length of the A-arm bushings. I want to replace mine with poly or even steel. What are some opinions on using steel bushings with grease fittings. Right now my car is setup for autoX and has rodend rear suspension parts, so i am not worried about a harsh ride.

Nobody know or want to measure them for me. I would measure them myself but they are still on the car and i can't have this car down for weeks anymore, its already be on jackstands on the driveway for 2 weeks.
