Shock Absorber Bushings

I bought a set of KYB Adjustable shocks and put them on...and I squeak on the passenger rear. The nuts on both sides are torqued to spec (20 inch pounds, if I recall), and the rubber bushing is compressed to about the size of the washer.

I did the driver's side, and a friend did the passenger side. Upon inspection, the squeaky side is assembled wrong--

I tried to correct is, but when I put it in the right order, I don't have enough thread up top to start the nut. I think I may have the wrong bushings?? I've looked all around online & could only find some energy suspension shock bushings for ricers:

Would any of these work, or can anyone recommend a place where I can get shock bushings?
