Spohn TQ arm? help me out

so i finally got the arm and what a nice piece it is. i have the crossmember mounted adjustable version but i have a few questions before i install it. where the arm bolts the the crossmember, are both the top and bottom bolt supposed to be tightened? which bolt is the pivot point to allow the arm to move up and down while going over bumps? i also have no idea what the front adjustment is. also, what angle should the rear be at? they send that crazy angle finder that i have not a clue how to use. i know there has been previous posts about these arms before, but i couldn't find them. i remember there was a picture of the angle finder on the arm under the car floating around these boards a while ago. and another thing, what the TQ specs on the bolts i need to tighten? please help me out guys, i need to get this car on the road soon, summer is running out

As I recall, all your questions are covered in the installation instructions.

Yes they are both supposed to be tightened.

The arm doesn't move up and down there when going over bumps; it pivots, and moves slightly front to rear.

Call or e-mail Spohn and get them to send you a copy of the instructions. It's actually quite easy to use the angle thing, makes perfect sense when you get going.

Top is torqued, bottom is just snugged. You don't want the bottom one to bind. The top is a compression fitting and the bolt is smaller than the bushing opening in diameter, it seems weird to me, but that's the way it is. It will clunk if the top bolt is not torqued down.

All of this is in the instructions.
