If I had a bone stock 3rd gen in front of me I would buy the following in this order, Mind you I have most of these now so I can tell you what are the best.
Sub frame connectors
New bushings (sway bar end links and such)
Lower control arms
relocation brakcets
lowering srpings + panhard rod + shocks abnd struts.
New tires
New parts will only expose the weak links of your suspension. take care of anything that is not up to par (tires, tie rods, bushings, allingment etc).

Go with spohn. If you want to keep all your parts comming from one source you come out mush cheaper in the end. It is always nice to help out a site sponser as well. His stuff his top notch.

were you planning on installing the sfc's yourself ? I got a millermatic thats up to the job -- but no lift. Another thing i was curious about, why opt for the powder coated sfc's (all my other parts are) but it would seem that for a good weld you'd have to remove the coating down to bare metal.

In case you were still wondering . . .
Many people prefer to have the coating so the tube is protected where it lays against the floor (can't paint that).
You just sand the coating off where the welds will be placed, then
when you're done you just touch up the welds with paint.
It's really just a matter of preference.
