Hmm...should I sell My Spohn SFC's??
After purchasing and then reading differences in SFC's, it seems as though the Alston might be a better route. I think somebody jacked my car up on the front "lip" that hangs down where I think the Spohn sfc would tuck up against....which might make the install much harder. Also, the Alston SFC seems to be a better match as it directly contacts both subframes. I know about the fitment issues with the passenger side but, since I dont have the stock dual cat hanger, or cat setup, it shouldnt be too much of a problem. Most of the posts I was reading on here seemed to be problems with the "older" batches. Should I sell the Spohn sfc's and get the Alstons?? If they(spohn) dont fit any better than the damned Wonderbar they sell.....maybe I should. Any insight into this would be GREATLTY appreciated.
FWIW, my car has NEVER been wrecked or bottomed out....NO scratches on the subframes...and has even been checked out on a frame straightener at work...and NO damage. BUT the Wonderbar wouldnt even come close to fitting.....hmmm

No...keep them and install them. They'll tuck up undernesth more and are stiffer than the Alston's turned out to be. They're better IMO, and I have both kinds.

I agree with Ed. Spohn SFCs are probably the better choice.
You can check out the problems some people are having with the Alstons in this thread.

Where exactly do they tuck up? Just wondering because I have a little rust up under the ground effects......do they tuck up right under the ground effects? Or do they go up by where the seat pans are??

If I were in your situation, and I have been, I would grab a pair of pliers [Channel-locks, etc] and just bend it back in place.
Someone actually jacked on the fender mount of my Formula and bowed the fender out because of it. 5 minutes later after taking a pair of pilers to it, you'd have never noticed.
