sagging springs

I was checking out my rear-end while forcasting how I was going to route the new duals and noticed the LCA. The rear of the arm is higher than the front, obviously not transferring energy to the wheels very well. The space between the tires and fender lip is 2-3 inches all around. Anyone have ideas for parts to start throwing at it? I really do not want to drop it even an inch because of how nasty the roads are in places here - of course the places on the way to work with my luck! Are there any better springs that are not going to put this down into the ground.
