I was wondering, i both street drive my car on 17's and i drag race my car with a set of 15 inch welds.. I know the 17s arn't a problem but i want to know how big a rotor can you fit with a 15" drag wheel such as a weld prostar??

Car: American Iron Firebird
Engine: The little 305 that could.
Transmission: Richmond T-10
Axle/Gears: Floater 9" - 3.64 gears
If you run a 3.5" front Prostar you can run LS1 front brakes if you use a front spacer. I forget the thickness you'd need, 3/16" I believe.
On the back, you can run 89-97 PBR rear brakes without having to grind calipers. If you use LS1 rear brakes you will have to grind the fins off the calipers or use Weld XP series wheels for more brake clearance.

I have a 12" rotor 4 piston wilwood rear setup on mine...I have standard series 15x10 pro stars..they clear just fine>>>however 13" would not happen...
You can gain even more clearance if you go with Pro start XP's...
