Sorry to say the car is toast!....

Easy fix. Just go to any autoparts store and ask for a set of rear swaybar end links. They will come with new bolts/bushings.
If you cant just pull off the outside sleeve that is hanging there you probably will have to cut it off, just make sure not to damage the bracket that is bolted to the car.
Then just slide on the new end links and torque to 21 ft/lbs. Done.

They should look something like this new/ Just the white bushings will probably be black/blue/red.

when you goto the auto parts store, they will want to sell you stock replacement sway bar bushings.

if the guy hands them to you, take one out and squish it between your fingers.

its that soft.

in the computer, there should be a poly sway bar bushing option... get thoes... its about $12.

if its not in the computer, goto where they have them on the shelf, and match the center spacer height to the closest one on the shelf.

do all 4.. if the rear two are that bad, the fronts are probly just as bad.. you should notice a nice improvement...

sorry i for got to say this. i saw that it was hanging down on both sides when i was getting my oil changed. i guess it came undone while i was driving. what holdes it up to the sway bar? will the thing that holdes it to the sway bar come with the $12 poly sway bar bushing option?

Yes, it is just a long bolt.
