can I......

put front & rear sway bars from a 85' IROC on my 84' Sport Coupe?
If I can, does this require any mods extra\new parts?
Thanks...

Yes. Direct bolt-up.

No other parts are "required", really, except for the bushings that hold the bars to the frame; since those have to have a hole in them of the same size as the bar. New poly end-links would be a great idea at the same time though. You can pick those up, on a card in the display aisles, at Auto Zone (ES brand.... decent enough stuff) for about $12 a set IIRC. The bushings might be a bit tougher to get.

Yes you can, just make sure your car has provisions to accept them (i.e. the proper mounting pads/holes) and get all the hardware from the old car, including bolts and such (much easier to toss it if you don't need it as opposed to having to hunt it down when install time comes). You'll probably break the endlinks on the donor car, but I'd want to get those new anyway (keep an old one for length reference when you buy new ones) along with new poly mounts.

edit: shazbot, not fast enough.

Thanks guys.
$20 for both > I'll get them.
I already have new ES endlinks. I'm sure the swaybar dia is different (put new ES bushings on about a yr ago. My first DIY project).

If the donor car still has a Wonderbar, pick it up too.
