My experience with the wonderbar

I just installed the spohn wonderbar on my car. It wasn't as easy as I anticipated. Although the holes lined up perfectly, there was a clearance issue with the lower mounts for the fan. I have the duel fan setup. This resulted in the fans both hitting the radiator slightly once I torqued the sway bar bushing bolts. To remedy this, I unbolted the fans and moved it slightly away from the radiator and all is well. The wonderbar is a great piece and I can definitely feel a difference in the way the car steers. I was just wondering if anyone else has had clearence problems with theirs. In all the pictures I have viewed, there is always pleanty of space for all of the components. My car was never, to my knowledge in any sort of front end collision.

I agree 100%. It's just my particular install which makes me wonder whether something may have happened to my car or something else weird is going on.

Where can I get the details on this product? "Wonderbar" search on Mamma.com loses for me.

Curious,

click on the board sponsers up top for tds they sell them. basically a wonderbar takes the stress off the steering box and makes both wheels turn together instead of making the steering box do it, tds went one step further in tying the front of the car together with their design.

basically its a must have for any thirdgen, along with sfc's

TDS Bookmark for the Wonderbar

Added to the list. Easy for a n00b to install?

basically if you know how to use a ratchet you can do it. it took me 10 minutes to do, and that included getting it up on ramps.

you will notice the difference right off the bat
