Brake noise - not squeeking

I get noise when I brake that is not the noise of squeeking brakes. It is kind of hard to put in words. Kind of like a whomp, whomp, whomp. I tightened up the pads on the calipers once and it quit for about 2 days. I have replaced the pads, calipers, brake hoses, master cylinder, ball joints, struts, strut mounts, inner and outer tie rod ends, springs, idler arm, control arm bushings sway bar end links and sway bar busings. What might be making the noise. It is quite annoying. Thanks

Tighten the pads

by tightening up the pads I mean bending the tabs to try and make the pads fit tighter to the caliper.
