Is this supposed to be bent like this?

Is this supposed to be bent like this?

I was under my car and noticed this, just wondering if it was normal. Thanks.
I guess you cannot really tell what that is. Its the thing that runs infront of the rear end.

Axle/Gears: 3.73 posi with spacer
That is your panhard rod or bar. It keeps the the rear end in place when cornering. I would replace it with a good tubular piece, but thats me because i want the best cornering. You don't have to replace it, your car just will not be the best it can be. Just keep an eye on it of you decide not to replace it, you don't want it breaking under fatigue loading.
