Fun
, aren't they.
Any Mini can e built to do that without very much modifictaion at all. The Mini Cooper 'S' in have will pretty much do that stock.
For those that don't know, not all minis were CooperS cars. There was only a short production run of them in '64-'67 and are very rare. I have one of the originals with the original larger motor still in tack #'s matching. the standard minis had either a 850cc or a 1071cc motor. The cooper s had the 1275cc with a stronger nitrated crank, HD block, rods that turn 8k, and more headbolts. car stock curb weight is 1292 lbs fully loaded and mine put out an "enormous" 75hp in stock form. Thats going to be bumped to 140hp (sceaming for a car that size) These cars are notorious for going around corners on 3 wheels.
When the Camaro is finished, I will dive into the mini project full time and will have a built V8car (540hp Vette), A built V6 (250 aprox HP out of the Camaro), and a built 4cylinder car (Mini 140hp)
Diversity if fun.
This really isn't tech related to this site so this will probably get deleted- but just a quick history lesson to those that don't know their minis.
Mine will look more like this when finished

I've got 1 up on you dean....
I have a 5cyl.
Will in due time, be a 300hp or so, turbo charged one. (Euro S2 Clone). But I am envious of the cooper, I would love to find one.
