Which S10 manual steering box for our cars?

I am switching to a manual S10 steering box and wanted to know from what year of the trucks fit our cars the best.

Thanks but I am in Western Canada and the shipping would be a killer. I found one of a 1988 S-10 I can get for 50.00 CDN and just wanted to make sure that it would work.

Yep but you'll have to take off the sway bar. The mount is in the way of the box iirc.

Thanks Kat, the sway bar is already gone so that won't be a problem.

I noticed that you said that the sway bar must be removed. Is there anyway around that? or a diifferent sway bar that would work with the s10 box?
