Odd sound when turning...
The other day I noticed a strange sound when I turn the wheel of my car. It started out only when I turned left but is now doing it when I turn left or right. The sound reminds me of rubber squeeling on asphalt. I only notice it a low speeds (under 25), but I can't figure out what it could be. The car drives fine and I don't notice it pulling or steering any different. Any ideas?

Balljoints usually clunk up and down before the squeal. The upper strut mounts will squeal when they begin to fail....
The other suggestions were viable as well. Put it in the air and check out the frt end :-)

now im not sure about this, so dont quote me, but wouldnt unequal toe result in the tire being "dragged" when turning?

Depending on how bad the toe is out of whack, yes it would. But usually doesnt make much noise if any unitl the tire is choped or the belt is coming thru and more than likely still wouldnt squael :-)
