Axle/Gears: 10 bolt, 3.23 non-LS
Lug nut part# for 83 Z28
anyone know the part# for the early thirdgen (1983) Z28 aluminum wheel lug nuts. I think some people call them the "acorns" lug nut. It has the attached black covering. Not the later removeable threaded covering.

that looks great! Anyone know where to get some? I can't find them anywhere (i.e. gmpartsdirect, classic industries, Year one)

Nobody in his right mind would actually pay money to put that crap back on their car after it has fallen off. It's no wonder you can't find them.
A couple of the aftermarket lug nut companies make black ones that are one-piece; i.e. no covers to fall off and render your tire tool useless at that critical moment of sitting by the side of the road with a flat tire. That's what I switched to after about half of mine fell apart while driving down the road.
