repowder coating springs???

Hey guys im gettin a set of dropzone springs soon and was woundering if i get them repowder coated to a differnt color other then the orange color they come in. will there be any problems with possibly messing up the spring rate? i know powder coatin only lasts a bout 10-15 mins at about 350-400*. think it will mess them up at all?

The temp won't effect the springs. Bead blast or chemically strip the original paint before powder-coating.
