Can you do that? Just pull into one of those truck scale stops on the freeways and weigh your car? Would be kinda funny seeing a camaro in line with a bunch of semi's

As long as they're not busy they might oblige, or you could try making friends at a local trucking company that has its own scale.

electric fan system (now i have fan cluch) why would you do this
fog light 5 lbs
all engine hardnes harness? 10-15lbs
tpi system (i have a aluminum maniford and carb) 5 lbs, maybe? plenum/runners are light
700r4 (i have a th350) 70lbs? I don't know how much a th350 weighs
radio console3 lbs since stereo was already removed
windsheld water tank ~1lb (empty)
iron heads (i have corvette #128 heads) no weight change
timechaing (i have gear drive) probably no change
how much weight have my car now???? whatever stock was minus the above stuff

Drop another 30-35lbs off for the aluminum heads then.
I'd convert to a dual electric fan setup if you can find one in a boneyard. It'll take some drag off the waterpump pulley and not add too much weight.
