The panhard and relocation brackets will come with instructions to help you get through the process. The panhard has an adjuster screw (for lack of better terms) and 2 jam nuts on one end of it. You adjust it until your rear axle is centered in the wheel wells and then tighten the jam nuts down so that it doesnt move around and adjust itself. You may have to check it on occassion to make sure the jam nuts haven't loosened themselves from vibration...I had that issue recently with my adjustable lca's. Positioning of the lca's on the relocation brackets all depends on what the primary use for the car is and to get the rearend geometry back to "normal".

Install panhard as the post above me says. But when you go to get an alighnment, get a 4wheel one, and inform them of the adjustable panhard bar. They should center it with the front wheels rather then the fenderwheels.
LCA's should be parallel with the ground.
Slightly shave a bit off your bumpstops for a smoother ride if your tires will still clear your fenderwells.
