I'm getting Spohn SFCs which I'm going to have installed after I get my frame pulled after some twisting. Since the shop will be pulling at the frame to get it straight I figure why not have them throw on a wonderbar so that the front end is nice and square and i'll be sure it will fit. basically I just wanted to know which one everyone suggests. Input greatly appreciated.

My TDS wonderbar works great, however I imagine the Spohn WB is just as effective. Kinda like a coin flip. Personally, I dig the "raw metal" color of the TDS.

Basically any wonderbar is better then non. Some say you need an all out adjustable version and others say the stock wonderbar from the IROC's are sufficiant.

If you ever plan to get the spohn swaybar for the front then you need to get either of the spohn wonderbars as neither the iroc standard or TDS bars work with spohn sway-bars.
Also I think there are some issues with fitting the spohn wonderbars with dual fan cars, though I have no personal experience with that.

Yup. I had to chop off part of the fan mounting brackets in order to fit the Spohn on my duel fan car.

I got the BMR one, because Spohn didn't have is out yet. Worked fine with my fans. Had minor fitment of one the bolt holes but I took my air die grinder to it and made it a little bigger.
Seen minor problems with lots of different brands over that bolt hole. Not off by very much like 1/8" just depends on the car. Just enough you have to grind a little bit to get the straight shot at the threads.
