Hey folks, I'm new here, just got a 89 Firebird with 305 TBI w/ auto. Runs great, otherwise, nothing special. It has the alloy 15 inch wheels, I'll assume 7 inch wearing 235/60/15's. It spins that one tire all day long, this is a everyday beater without posi rear-yet. I've seen years ago a third gen Camaro wearing 8 inch Corvette Rally wheels, like early 70's style. I have a pair on a shelf as spares for my 71 Monty SS. I'm thinking of putting some BFG Drag TA's on them, 275/50/15 and using the Pontiac rounded trim rings with some plain-jane doggie dish center caps. Will this wheel/tire combo fit?

it should as long as you have the right bolt pattern and back spacing, and that 275/50/15 is a 26" tall wheel
