Adjustable CA's and Panhard Bar

I'm sure there's already a thread on this, but I couldn't find it. I put billet adjustable control arms and a panhard bar with heim joints on the car and now the back end makes all kinds of racket. You can tell pretty much that it's because there's no rubber bushings anymore, but just in case...anybody else had this problem?

From readings, they will tend to make a hair more noise, but not alot. That usually starts happening after the heim joints where out.

All spacers insalled? All jam nuts tight?

billet aluminum control arms? That's the slot car racing ones? They use a smaller rod end than the "standard" 3/4" thread with a 3/4" hole (QA1 XMR/XML12 for example). They use a 5/8" thread and a 5/8" hole, right? I'm assuming they aren't QA1 for the price, but a much cheaper rod end.

Yes, there will be all kinds of noise. Not rattling, which is looseness, but you will "hear" all the bumps as there is no dampening anymore. All metal to metal contact. If there is rattling like you are carrying a loose tools in a metal box, get under and take a look at the rod ends and the jam nuts.

yep 91Z...that sums it up...it's just all the bumps especially at low speed that I feel and hear metal on metal...everythings tight and the car rides great...
