That's about it. I had gas shocks (also called air shocks) on the back of my car around a year ago and I am looking into getting the eibach pro spring kit and I want to know if I will have to change these shocks out or if I can stay with them. I am also looking into what kind of struts I should put in the front if I switch the springs out. thanks

Are you talking about air-adjustable shocks or shocks that are filled with a gas as opposed to oil?
The Eibach Pro Kit is a physically shorter spring. There's no reason that it will not work that I can see.
If you are on a budget but still want decent aftermarket struts/shocks, look to the KYB's.
If your budget is bigger go with Tokico, Koni, or Bilstein.
