How do I get to the top nut on the rear shocks?
I checked the rear of the car, I dont see any cuts in the carpet, no caps or covers. So whats up here?
Also, I am swapping out the rear springs (already swapped the fronts out). I have the car on jacks under the weld on subframes and the rear end is on a jack. I plan on removing the bottom bolts on the shocks and then lower the rear end down as far as needed. remove the rear springs and installed the new ones. (I'm going for more ground clearance for these crappy Michigan roads.)
And it didnt help that the 6 1/2 quart oil pan stick down an extra 1/2". I had Hotchris (sp) lower springs on it.
Any comments or tips are welcome. TIA.
