Front wheel fitment issue!! its quite the stumper!!

All I want to do is put my 17" Zr1s on my 92 camaro rs. I have put a tubular k-member and tubular a-arms on because I thought the stock member might have been bent but the 17s still hit the front corner of the ground effects and rear wheel well. I tried to change the alignment all around to get them to fit and had no luck. I cant even get this set of Irocs I have to fit with 235-50-16s. The 17s have 245-45-17s on them. I cant figure it out why wont the wheels that were designed to fit, work on the car. I have 17 zr1s with 38mm offset and 2" spacers just as skulte specifies and I cant get em to fit but they are pretty close.

Is it on one side or both? Did you try and change caster? Less caster should move the tire forward.
