Power steering pump whine after Wonderbar install?

Today I installed my sphon wonderbar. The steering was much more responsive than before the install. However the first hard corner I took I heard a creak/moan from the front end and now there is a very quiet whine coming from the power steering pump when I move the wheel.

This is odd though, the power steering pump is attached to the motor, not the front subframes. Is this totally unrelated?

Anyone ever hear of something like this happening? Complete coincidence that my PS pump decided to go after the install?

the gearboxes tend to crack on our cars without the wonder bar. it is possible that yours cracked before you installed and you are just now noticing it or you ps fluid is low. i would give the pump come juice and then get back to us. remember to check the fluid level after the car is warm.

I had drained it not too long ago when I did a heads/cam swap. Filled it up and then burbed it.

Haven't checked the fluid level but I haven't been noticing any spots on the driveway lately either
