quick question about subframe on my 91 camaro rs

ok a while back i got into a medium sized wreck...now i have some frame damage where the front bumper bolts to the frame on one side...the other side is fine...now what i want to do is take off the old drivers side sub frame and replace it with one from this car im supposed to get this week...is this possible as ive been told that the subframe unbolts from the body itself...or am i going about this the wrong way...

this is my addy so there are some pics up and whatnot you be the judge...thanx for your help....
oh yea the tires are straight and only the sway bar has been moved about 1/4 of an inch as you can only realize it cause there is a darker spot by where it bolts to the pass. side frame...

ok i just want to clarify something....you cannot cut and reweld part of the front drivers side subframe peice can you...as i look at the car a bit more it really dosent look that tweaked....just smashed in the front where the bumper bolts on...so i was wondering if i can just cut that portion off and replace that with a good non bent peice? as i really dont want to get rid of the car...

Take it to a body shop, have them put it up on the frame rack, pull out the damaged areas. If you don't get the unibody back into spec, there's going to be problems. Just cutting out a crumpled area might not fix it. I'm willing to bet there's more damage to the car than you're able to easily see.

defintantly take it to a frame shop. theres got to be more damage you cant see with your eyes. but hey take a plumbob and measure the frame out on the garage floor. might give you an idea if the engine bay is square or not.
