Anyone ever build their own LCARBs?
I'm just wondering... I see the Spohn ones are made of 3/16th steel, and I've got some 1/4" steel plate just laying around, so I'm thinking save myself $75 and build my own (plus the satisfaction of building something myself is always priceless
).
Now, I figured for the arc of the LCA, just use the center-to-center length of the LCA itself as my radius, figure the arc, mark and drill the bolt holes. Honestly, it doesn't look hard at all to build.
Question - has anyone built their own? Care to share what bolt sizes you used? Experiences? Was it even worth it? I'm pretty much just looking for any info that can save me time. I can build these from scratch, but hey - if I know some of the answers before hand, it's that much easier, right?

Someone did do this a while back. I can't remember who so I would do a quick search.

I've found a couple of posts, but nothing major. I'm hoping someone would have a drawing of the arc of the bolt holes, to save me from measure it out
