Spohn Crossmember for 3550

Ok I got a the spohn crossmember for my 92 rs. Put in my tremec 3550 and now I have some bad vibration/clunking issues. I've checked the usual, mounts, u-joints, 180* swap, etc. I figured the drive shaft was out of alignment because the spohn mount sucked. It didn't line up at all. So i cut off the small hump that was put on the cross member to make push the tremec up a little higher... This helped the vibrations a ton. I can still see the tranny shake in 3rd up but it doesn rattle my center console.

The vibration could be from my pilot bushing so I'm not terribly concerned that it is the cross memeber. But the think is really bad. It happens real bad in 1st and gets a little better in each gear. You can barely notice it in 5th. You can see the shifter slam to the right about a 1/2 inch when you step on the gas and watch it slam back when you let off. It moves the opposite in reverse. So I'm thinking it might be the TA but I'm not sure why it would do it now but not with the t-5. Any ideas?
