I got these off of ebay for a decent price.

It says in the instructions to remove the exhaust for installing the bars

if i just took the cat off the Y pipe is that ok?
i have a test pipe to install, and was wondering if i have to go through the hassel of taking the whole pipe out?

any other tips before i install these?
they seems pretty nice for our needs, and came with some nice hardware, till i can get them welded in.

i am going to put the lakewood driveshaft loop in too.
