Tubular K-member?
What are the pros and cons?
Im hearing alot of guys I know, wanting them. I have also heard, dont use them unless its going on a race car, cause they tend to break with the day to day driving.

I've reasearched this topic some myself. I want to eventually switch over to a Spohn tubular K-member(not sure its out yet) and A arms. I've had nothing but good luck with Spohn stuff and the tech support is good. Spohn tends to overbuild parts so they won't break...a big bonus in my book. I've heard too many bad or mixed reviews of other tubular k-member manufacturers.
Pros: less weight, more room for headers & access to underside of engine
Cons: high cost, some issues with breakage on hard driven cars or daily drivers(topic for debate)
Its worth it for race car where you want to reduce weight, run big tube headers, and have easy acess for working on it constantly. I wouldn't buy one for a daily driver because it wouldn't be worth it to me but it is for a race car or street/strip car. Just my opinion, I'm sure some others might have some more info to add.
