What shocks do you recomend on a lowered T/A?

What shocks do you recomend on a lowered T/A?
Just want to know what you guys recomend for shocks on a lowered 1987 GTA. It's sitting on a set of suspension techniques springs. It's on stock shocks so the ride is really crap. It's really bad after you hit a large bump. The car keeps on bouncing....right into the next bump.
