camaro shocks help

Hey guys,I need to know if the shocks from a 83-88 camaro are the same as the 83-88 Monte.I can get a set(4) of the gas monroe shocks for a good price,and if they'll work great,if not I'll just pass em to you guys if someone wants them.TIA.....
