Is it the shocks or the springs giving me the float?

Engine: 388 ci Small block CHEVY (4.060x3.75), Dart Iron Eagle Platinum 200cc, Performer intake, 454 TBI, Long Tubes, True Dual 3" GPs
Transmission: 700R4, B&M, Governer Recal, 20,000 GVW cooler
Is it the shocks or the springs giving me the float?

If I am driving I hit, not so much a bump, but a mound and the car tends to feel like its floating up and down. Is that the shocks or the springs?

Yup, I went ahead and did all the shocks, rides a lot nicer
