Some Z-28's and T/A's used the same springs.

There used to be a GM F-body spring rate chart posted somewhere on the net. I thought I had it saved as an image file but I can not find it on my hard drive.

AndyZ28 used the same chart in his 1LE CD-Rom.

Anyways, the BZZ fronts and the NNB rears are the stiffest production springs.

My GTA has the BZX/NNM combo.

I assume there is no way to ID springs on a junkyard car....probably need a build sheet with codes ??????

If the factory tags are intact, then the three digit code and factory part number will be on the tag.

Otherwise, you would need the build sheet.

The fronts are usually the same, assuming the cars had corrisponding suspension options. The rears on the pontiac are usually one step stiffer then the comprable camaro ones.
