I been driving with the sound for about 2 months. I need help. DO you think it is the wheel bearings or what

I think i would check the front tyres first.
An out of shape tyre, or one with notches that develop in the tread can cause this. Get it to a good knowledgeable tyre guy to check, if its been 2 months i doubt its loose wheel nuts, they would have fell off by now, and its unlikely its bearings.

1) stop driving it
2) rebuild the front end

How about you actually take a wrench and check them BEFORE the wheels fall off , if it's not them, keep digging further, if it's making that much sound all the time and has been for two months I bet you could see what it is just by inspecting parts.
or just keep driving the car until whatever it is finally breaks/seizes/falls off and then you'll know for sure !!!

goto a shop and get a front end inspection.. they're usually free.
unfortunatly that sound could be nearly anything from worn out ball joint to wheel bearings as you mentioned.
..or at home you can jack up one side of your car under the control arm and check the tire for free play by; twisting the tire left and right, twisting the tire up and down (top and bottom) and push/pulling on the tire in and out. If you find any abnormal free play (like more then 1/4 inch) you've got something wearing out.. if you find 1/2" or more free play in any direction you've got something that needs to be replaced.
Good luck.
