I have a set of 15 inch ARE's that have the stock tire size on them. I have a friend wanting to trade Stock 16 inch formula wheels for mine. They seem a little bit wider, but how much bigger of a contact patch would I have with the 16's? The diameter of the 15's and the 16's with the tires are the same.

I don't know about the formula wheels, but the 16 inch camaro wheels verses the 15 inch have very different offsets, especially up front.
