Please help, sway bar torque

I am installing a new rear sway bar from Spohn. I need to know how many ft pound torque to tighten the tie ends and bushing mounts to. Help me soon if you can, my sway bar is hanging. Thanks in advance.

I just replaced mine with ES end links. The install guide said to tighten them up so they are level with the ground while the suspension is loaded. So I did and it works ok.

Thanks. Spohn forgot the instructions this time for some reason. I will have to check mine. Thanks again.
