sway bar problem
hello,
my 88 irocz 350tpi (all stock) has been making weird noises in the front. The spacers that are between the tie rod end and the sway bar are bigger on the driver side than the passenger side (and there is no more threading on the screw that holds it together, so its not lose). to the best of my knowledge, this hasnt been messed with. Also the clearance between the sway bar and tire wall is about a 1/2 inch bigger on the passenger side than the driver side.
IS MY SWAY BAR bent? or whats wrong? can anyone help me please thanks

check and make sure everything is absolutely tight under there. i was hearing a loud clunkin noise not too long ago. i never suspected it but turned out to be that triangular bracket thing that bolts from the frame to the body. the bolts had gotten loose. and when i turned the wheel i'd hear it. my ball joints where also more shot than i had thought (best to check 'em with a prybar) i ended up replacing those too with new struts. made a big difference.
it would also help to have someome turn the steering wheel side to side while u check from underneath for any loose parts. put it on an alignment rack if u have access to it.
