Last week at the E-Town swap meet i passed up a chance at some ARE rims supposedly for a 3rd gen. 17x9 and 17x10. Decent condition with some curb rash and a few dings. Price was good but not knowing for sure i decided to pass, now i'm kicking myself. I don't know the name of the rims but i have always loved this particular style. They look like the SLP Ronals on the firehawks but i like them better. I know ARE doesn't make them anymore, question is does anybody know the name of these rims??? I really want a set before i drop 700 bucks on tires for my stock rims.

Thanks for the help, those are the Ronal rims and are similar to the ARE's. ARE is American Racing Equipment. I know i won't be able to find what i'm looking for but it's just driving me nuts that i can't even find a reference to them. I couldn't even tell you the difference between them. Its more the fact that i can't find them thats bothering me than the fact i can't get them. I remember always liking them. i even thought the slp rims were them until i started researching. I could always get the ronals i suppose but for 250 bucks i feel a littel stupid for not jumping on the deal. Unfortunately i let the fact i didn't know if they fit or if they were straight stop me.
