how hard would it be to make these work seeing that the bolt pattern is so close?

Hit up the search button. Chevy boltpattern is 120mm, BMW is 120.6mm, other people have run BMW wheels before. But I dont know what series BMW wheels fit, I think its only 5 and 7 series wheels. Cuz the different series wheels have different offsets. Also, those wheels are not hubcentric, so make sure you mount them right.

With that offset i'd say they'll fit quite nicely. The 120MM bolt pattern is .65 mm off in total distance from one stud to the far opposite, in the grand scheme of things, each would only be a hair off and it should work fine, and has been done before.
