BMW wheel fit

I was looking at several auctions on ebay for wheels that are listed to fit BMW,Camaros and Firebirds. The bolt pattern is listed at 5x 120mm. The local tire shop stated that this won't fit F bodies due to the .65mm difference. Another possibility they said was that the BMW uses bolts to attach the wheels instead of lugnuts and that the holes may be larger which will allow them to be used on F bodies. Anyone here using these type of wheels that may be able to clear this up for me?

Sorry but if you actually did read through those then you would see that your question was answered many times over. Posts on BMW wheels come up about once every few months. Yes they can fit but there are a few things to watch out for including the series of BMW the wheel was made for (which determines what offset it is) as well as the mounting methods since those wheels are not hubcentric.

Maybe I'll just check with the seller to see for certain.

Heard back from the seller. These are a direct fit for 4th gen F bodies so should be no problem with the correct size spacers. Also, these are not BMW wheels, rather they are aftermarket which may have caused a little confusion in my question.
