Do poly bushings actually make a difference?

Do poly bushings actually make a difference?

I have sway bar and endlinks changed out and I'm about to order panhard rod and torque arm for another $35 shipped. It's not alot of money but I was wondering if its worth the effort to switch them with perfectly good rubber bushings.

Axle/Gears: Limited Slip 3.23's
Depends on what you want, I guess. There's absolutely no rubber left on my 85 IROC--everything has been replaced with poly. I used to tell people that the car rode firmly, but not harshly. That was compared to my Jeep. I recently inherited a Chrysler LHS. I find now that the IROC rides darned hard. Comfort, keep the rubber. Canyon carver, go poly.
