what are my options on keeping my wheels w/o spacers

Im running 2" spacers up front on my 17x9.5 wheels and I am looking for options on what I can do to get rid of them w/o getting new wheels? Is there a way to cut the wheel design off the ring and set it back or something? I ask because my nice lookng Z06 brakes are not even noticable through the wheels with that stupid spacer in between. Are there even a lot of wheels out there that fit our cars with the need for spacers AND are 9.5" wide up front.

There are plenty of wheels that will fit in any way you want them to if you decide to look into a custom built 2 piece wheel.

check foose, boze, coddington, intro, just to name a few...nothing will exactly mimic the zr1's, but there are plenty of thin 5 spokes like it....you'll pay more but you wont need spacers

Not to mention they'll be lighter as well.

If you READ his post, he is not wanting to buy new wheels! He wants to get the offset changed on the wheels he currently has.

It can be done, try Stockton Wheel company.

you should take your own advice and finish reading his entire post....where he asks if there are many wheels out there that fit our cars with a need for spacers/ and are 9.5" up front....a few of us merely decided to enlighten him on the latter portion of his post and let him know that there's more options out there in terms of build, size, offset in similar designs that dont require spacers (which are posing a problem with viewing his brakes).
