If i remember right, the HD's and Sport's have the same valving but the sports have a shorter piston rod for shorter springs.

All the threads I have read people are using HD's with the prokit and the sportline kits. I haven't seen anyone using sports. and according to bilsteins website, they don't make sport struts, just the rear shocks.

That is correct Jay. You only have one choice for the front struts, the HD's. For the rear, I'm pretty sure the only difference in the HD's and the sports is the length, with the sports being one inch shorter for lowering springs. I am lowered and run the Hd's in the front and sports in the rear. Handles great.
