Another poly bushing thread...ball joint boots
After reading a bunch of old threads, I'm still not sure If polly ball joint boots are necessary during a front end rebuild - same with the tie rod end boots.
I can see the usefulness in keeping grime out but how 'great' are they for tightening up the front end. Are these two areas that benifit as much as say the A-arm bushings?

They wouldn't necessarily tighten up the front end. They are just a little tougher than the rubber boots are so they won't tear as easy
