Tire setup question

Here is the setup: F(7") = 235/60/15 : R(8") = 255/60/15

Do you give up any handling with this kind of setup? Does it drive the same as a same size wheel/tire setup? I'm asking for opinions from people who have or have had this setup. I just got this setup and it feels odd to me...

Thanks!

I have 255s all they way around and I'm not thrilled about the traction the front of my car has. I certainly wouldn't want to give up any rubber there. You might be able to adjust for with mods (solid strut braces, STB, shocks) but stock strut suspension is pretty weak.

I figured out why it felt odd... The tires I got suck! The sidewall is not made for this kind of setup on this car. I went around a corner that my old bald tires could even still take and these tires swayed so much, I was riding on the sidewall about 2.5 inches. I'm going to try bfg t/a tomorrow... 245/60...
