front wheel backspacing questions

front wheel backspacing questions
I have a question concerning backspacing on some front wheels. If you go with 3 or 3.5in front rims you dont require any special backspacing, but what if you go with 4 or 4.5in wheels? what kind of backspacing would you need?

Axle/Gears: moser 9" 4.11
weld didn't offer any choice on backspacing until the 15x6 rim i thought. I ordered 15x4 and there was only one size for my pro stars.

Well then I'd copy what weld offers since it fits my car just fine.
