I would wait until you have enough money for Bilsteins. They work much better than something like Kybs and they last way longer. They save you money in the long run. Very happy with mine.

Bilsteins are much better,my car had kyb agx's on it when I got it and they are sloppy now.Other options are Tokico luminas or koni,I think the yellows are better for daily driving.Konis have a harsher ride than the Bilsteins.

If you've got the money for koni yellows, I would get those. You said you wear concerned about money which is why I suggested the bilsteins. If you can find the tocikos for half the price of the bilsteins then I would get those.
Bilstein make a lot of shocks for OEM companies. They know how to build them to last. I beleive they are based in europe. The are standard on a couple grand touring cars, can't remember which ones...

The ride height of the Pro Kit gives you alot of options as far as wheel sizes. There are folks on these forums running the Pro-Kit and 17x9.5's front/rear. Try a search on wheel fitment in this forum, there was a post on it recently with what springs people were using as well as what backspacing/offset specs they were using for their wheels, and even pics of what it looked like.
As for the suspension, when I need to do budget shocks/struts I go with Tokiko HP's. The full set can be had new in box for between $200-$250 on Ebay. Of course this isn't gonna be as good as the expensive stuff, but from a budget standpoint I find them to have a good bang for the buck. Other options in the same price range dont seem to perform as well. I also think they are a good match for the Pro Kit springs. This is how I plan to setup my 92 B4C (Tokiko HP's and Eibach Pro-Kit). And remember, this is just my personal opinion from my experiences, I'm not trying to say they are the best setup out there, just saying they've worked good for me in the past on a budget.
