I've posted about this before, but i want to try and get a more direct answer. I'm trying to build my suspension up for fun at track days and auto-x, but i am not too hot on the idea of weight jacks and coil overs. I want to keep the front of the car stock ride hight, but lower the rear to match the front, as it is hiked up a bit. With WS6 sway bars, what rate and heights would i need to achieve this?

 

A shorter spring with the same rate that you have now or either a spring with a lessor rate and the same height.
